Netanyahu calls White House, tells Clinton he's sorry for being “total dick”

WASHINGTON - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called the White House on Friday to apologise to President Hillary Clinton in a wide-ranging conversation in which he confessed to being "a total dick," according to a senior White House advisor who spoke on condition of anonymity.

"It was a complete shock," the staffer said.

Clinton reportedly thanked Netanyahu before getting off the phone, at which point she asked Chief of Staff Huma Abedein to pour her a stiff scotch and get former President Barack Obama on the line.
