Shirts regain popularity in Russia

MOSCOW – Russian newspapers are reporting that Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, was spotted wearing a shirt on the eve of Clinton’s inauguration.

Psychologists speculate Putin’s out-of-character choice to clothe his upper body is symptomatic of grief and possibly depression.

Putin, whose attempts to install Republican candidate Donald Trump as "puppet president" of America failed when voters rejected the reality-TV star and accused rapist at the ballot box, has likely begun the mourning process.

Television personality and psychologist Dr. Phil believes this is due to “lost hope that the patriarchy will once again rise” and, additionally, may be “the result of perceived failure in a toxic, forbidden romantic relationship.”
